Airframe story
N233FR, an Airbus A320-214 (serial 7095), was delivered to Frontier Airlines in May 2016 as the first of two new A320-200 aircraft placed on long-term lease through Air Lease Corporation's order book with Airbus. FAA records confirm ALC A320 7095 LLC as the registered owner-trustee from 2016 in Delaware, with the registration later shown under UMB Bank NA Trustee based in Utah from 2024. The aircraft flies in Frontier's branded-tail program under the name "Buck the Pronghorn." In late 2021 it was involved in a bird strike while on approach during flight F9-820 from West Palm Beach to Trenton. Over its most recently tracked year it logged 1,315 flights and 2,353.6 hours, moving through hubs including Denver, Orlando, and Las Vegas. It is currently sitting at Austin-Bergstrom, which Stabilator flags as its likely current chapter, though no public source yet explains the stop.
